Visa Information Products - Loyalty Platforms

On the eve of our last step in the Visa Extras platform transition, I wanted to thank you for the tremendous contribution you have made to our success.

As the PMO repsonsible for monitoring numerous workstreams and communicating across the multiple faces of Visa (Business Office, Dev, Ops, IT) and our three vendors, you had a lot on your shoulders. You brought to the project outstanding knowledge of technical projects, ability to quickly organize a large volume of real-time inputs and changes, and the skillset to run our dozens of meetings with effectiveness, efficiency and diplomacy.

Throughout our schedule of meetings, I appreciated your ability to navigate through situations that were either very complex, contentious, confusing, highly sensitive, or all of these at once. You always found a way to keep us focused on the business need, on what was required to serve that need, and how to get there if we were challenged to identify the optimal process.

Importantly, for a business owner like myself who is not a technical SME [Subject Matter Expert] but is responsible for the consequences of technical decisions, your in-meeting recaps of our progress against plan and your post-meeting interpretation of key discussion points always told me what I needed to know. In a single call or with a 5-minute review of your meeting recap, I could generate the appropriate documents or have a client call with confidence.

Finally, I think all of us on the extensive project team benefited by your positive, can-do approach to a very large and very important undertaking.
